Adventure to Lyon County - Weiser Ranch

This once magnificent  structure was once the home to an operation of the Budweiser company.  This ranch held hops and barley as well as animals to be shipped to St Louis by rail.  Though this ranch as seen much better days, it was still awesome to see even though it may not maintain for much longer

I've always walking the grounds at farms as there is always something to take a picture of.  Duane's grounds held plenty of interesting items

While walking the grounds at Duane's house, I found this rusted out Chevy Impala.  I'm not sure of the year of the car, but I believe it's early 1970s model.

Along the adventure, we made it to Duane's house right outside of Harveyville.  I had never seen cattle being herded in and fed in person, so it was rather interesting!
